Italiano: L'oggetto non è comunemente riscontrabile nelle case rurali. Dopo la pesatura vi si adagiava il corpo del maiale ucciso, su cui si versava acqua bollente strofinando la pelle con una spazzola di saggina; poi, sempre con acqua calda per facilitare l’eliminazione delle setole, la si raschiava con una lama rigida, usata come rasoio. Terminata l’operazione, il corpo del maiale era trasportato vicino alla ‘forca’, cui veniva appeso per essere eviscerato e squartato.
