Deutsch: Früh in den Feierabend, schnell einen Drink in der nächsten Bar, aber per Smartphone rund um die Uhr erreichbar bleiben? Baby Boomer, Generation X, Y und Z: Vier Generationen – ein Arbeitsplatz und alle haben verschiedene Ansprüche und Vorstellungen von unserer Arbeitswelt. Dabei ermöglicht das Internet neue Organisationsformen; die Innovationsfähigkeit der Crowd tritt in den Wettbewerb mit klassischen Unternehmenshierarchien und Firmen setzen auf externe Partner und Prosumenten statt auf unbefristete Festanstellungen.

In diesem Digitalen Salon wollten wir wissen, ob Unternehmer heutige Erwartungen – nach Stabilität, Eigenverantwortung und Arbeiten am Strand – aller Generationen vereinen. Welche Rolle spielt dabei die durch Technologien und Internet geschaffene Flexibilität bis hin zu Bonuszahlungen für social freezing? Welche Chancen und Risiken bieten diese Herausforderungen und wie können wir uns auf die virtuelle Arbeitswelt vorbereiten?
