She then moved to Paris as a mistress of a wealthy banker. Later lived Charles Maurice Talleyrand-Perigord and came to be called a princess. In 1802 Napoleon Bonaparte to marry and a legal divorce from George Grand was obtained and she was married on 9 September 1802.
