English: Time lapse recording of SH-6 treated SW480 cells. The time lapse movies correspond to Figure 6D. Pictures were taken every 30 seconds and aligned to a movie with 25 pictures per second. The movie shows abscission defects in SW480 cells treated with SH-6.
