The photos above were taken on 27 April 2014 by a resident, and posted here with her permission. They show that, once again, rubbish was piled on the pavement in Chesterfield Gardens, London N4 next to the entrance to Chesterfield Mews.

I wrote to Haringey Waste Management Service who replied 13 May 2014. Please see these photos on Flickr, taken on 27 April 2014. I also posted earlier photos taken on 14 April.

As usual the dumped rubbish was reported for clearance. However, it seems that this section of pavement is routinely used for dumping. Which suggests to me that either a resident lacks wheeled bins, or a trader is dumping to avoid paying for commercial waste collection.

Can I please suggest that, if possible, investigation is made into: (1) Contents of the dumped rubbish to see if contains documents with addresses.

(2) Who is doing this regular dumping & how this can be prevented?
