English: Late-stage epibranchial ganglion morphology is stable in the wildtype zebrafish. Timelapse of confocal projections showing the region of the otic vesicle in a wildtype embryo expressing TgBAC(NeuroD:EGFP)nl1 between 3 and 4 dpf. The ganglia continue to condense and undergo segmentation during this period, but the overall structure remains largely stable. Images were acquired every 15 minutes over a period of 17.25 hours. Scale bar = 50 µm. |
