Description
English: 3D rotation of a fixed B. m. par-1 hsiRNA treated 2-cell B. malayi in division. Microtubules (red), actin (blue) and DNA (green). The blastomeres are synchronous, and the posterior spindle do not align with the A-P aix but remains transverse. The Wolbachia no longer segregate asymmetrically.
