Brammer, a damage controlman aboard U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Oak, observes as a crewman from the Dominican Republic's patrol boat Orion installs the seawater intake strainers she fabricated aboard Oak. Brammer fabricated the strainers after Orion's crew alerted Oak's crew to their absence while they collaborated during Tradewinds 2013.
