Local grade listed, one storey, eclectic, corner building. Built on the place of Schreyer bakery. Probably planned by Mór Geiszl. Timber merchant and construction contractor Gyula Bachrach was the owner of the Hirschl-Bachrach company. - Building history plaque: "~Bachrach House is a building of local importance. In 1890 Gyula Bachrach built his house with his company, in eclectic style. The Hirschl-Bachrach company was one of the city's best-known companies. In addition to significant country buildings, the hospital, the Bazaar courtyard and the civilian boys' school were built in our city. The house was owned by the family of merchant and shoe manufacturer Ernő Ledofszky from 1903 and judge Andor Révffy from 1935.//The memorial plaque was erected in 2004 by Baumeister Constructor, Design and Service Ltd." - 8 Csengery Road = 39 Zrínyi Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Egyemeletes saroképület. 1890-ben lakóházának építtette vállalatával Bachrach Gyula, eklektikus stílusban, Schreyer Lajos pékműhelye helyén. Feltételezhetően Geiszl Mór tervezte, Geiszl Viktor volt a beruházás építésvezetője. Bachrach Gyula fakereskedő építési vállalkozó volt a Hirschl–Bachrach cég tulajdonosa. Későbbi háztulajdonosok: Ledofszky Ernő (†1919) kereskedő és cipőgyáros, dr. Révffy Andor (†1983) bíró. - Emléktábla: "Bachrach-ház helyi jelentőségű épület. 1890-ben lakóházának építtette vállalatával Bachrach Gyula, eklektikus stílusban. A Hirschl–Bachrach cég a város egyik legismertebb cége volt. Jelentős vidéki épületek mellett városunkban a kórházat, a Bazár udvart és a polgári fiúiskola építették.
