Summary edit

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 All-atom MD simulation of the CypA/CA complex, which comprises one CA molecule (orange) and one CypA molecule (blue) within a tubular configuration. The movie illustrates the interconvertion between the two CypA conformers observed during the simulation. Shown in the inset is the time evolution of the root-mean-square deviation of the simulation from each of the conformers, red and blue respectively, in the crystal (1AK4).
