Description
Iterationsstufe. Man sieht 13-14 Kuben.
English: In this image, cubes of decreasing size are lined up in a diagonal line. This image shows self-similarity on a primitive level. Each cube is an identical copy of the cube to its left, differing only in size. Each cube represents one iteration. A smaller cube represents a deeper iteration or iteration level. One can see 13-14 cubes. A similar system can be found in the iterated function systems like the Menger sponge. As in other fractals, the circumference of the body increases with each iteration, and the volume continues to approach a limit value. The rendering required about 200 GiB of RAM and took about 54 minutes.
