English: Supplementary Movie 1 A high resolution 3D Trajectory of a single ø100 nm green fluorescent bead freely diffusing in an 80% glycerol mixture. The center of the particle is locked into focus using optical feedback from the four overlapping excitation beams. The box is 6×8×4 μm3 and the duration of the trajectory is 43 seconds.
