English: Additional file 6 Movie 6, Initiation and propagation of an actin wave in a PTEN-null cell similar to Movie 5 . This recording begins with a 10-minutes run of actin fluctuations before a wave is initiated. The movie shows the same recording as Figure 5D and E. Frame-to-frame interval 1 s.
