Ce corps drapé sans aucun plis évoque les images semblables des Bouddha de Sarnath, à l'époque Gupta. Mais le traitement du visage et de l'anatomie, discret, s'apparente aux Bouddha du Shandong, précisément sous les Qi du Nord. par ailleurs les boucles de cheveux en hélice, témoignent de leur filiation avec Bouddha érigés sous les Wei du Nord, puis sous les Wei de l'Est. : Reformulation résumée du cartel disponible dans la salle du musée.
