English: In July 1961, Director General Nguyen Thai visited several press agencies in Asia and Africa to promote closer cooperation between these agencies and Vietnam Press. Above, he is seen during his call on the Secretary of State for Information of the Ivory Coast. On the left is Vietnamese Charge d'Affaires in Abidjan.
