Description
English: Behaviour of ch-TOG-GFP and mEB1-RFP in a living HeLa cell visualized by TIRF microscopy (averaged). The image sequence corresponding to Movie S1 was processed in ImageJ using the ‘WalkingAverage’ plugin set to a 3-frames average to reduce image noise. This allows better visualization of small ch-TOG spots. Note, however, that in this movie the temporal resolution is reduced. Scale bar, 10 µm; time scale, s:ms.
