| Description |
English: 11 April 2010. A panorama "stitched" from five photos. Taken near the north-west gate of Down Lane Park, in Park View Road.
On the far left is the fence of the Reuse & Recycling Centre. At the centre of the photo, The red building with a grey roof is the Lee Valley Technopark, in Ashley Road adjoining the park. . Looming behind it is Emily Bowes Court block in Ferry Lane; with cranes for other "Hale Village" monstrosities then under construction. _______________________________ § Click here to view the large size. And here for the largest. § See where this picture was taken. § Down Lane Park is of course a "Green Link" between Park View Road and Ashley Road and adjacent streets. (Even if the paths are more pink.) Which is why the Green Link proposed by the Tottenham Hale Urban Centre Master Plan is a waste of public money.
