English: Tablet with a note about the restoration works completed in 1707 under the direction by the vicar Ralph Lambert and the churchwardens Henrico Bush and Georgio Low. Located at the south wall of the chancel. Inscription:

Translation provided by Miss Vigors and Miss Chatterton (see below): “This church, utterly destroyed by the ravages of age and war, was restored in a new and more handsome shape in the year of our Lord, 1707, when Radulph Lambert, S.T.P., was Vicar, and Henry Bush and George Low, Churchwardens.”
