Description
English: Plasma membrane ruffling was not observed in the absence of Ebola virions. Vero cells expressing eGFP-actin was placed on ice for 30 min. Cells were then incubated for 10 min at 37°C and images were collected every 10 seconds by confocal laser scanning microscope. Plasma membrane ruffling was not observed in this condition.
