The author information "An early photographer (before 1859)" was written when it was believed this a picture of Eliza Acton who died in 1859. It is now believed it's more likely this is Julia Eliza Northey Hopkins/Shum who died in 1879. The license below that states "the author's life plus 100 years or less" is based on, um, nothing really. If the photographer was reasonably young and/or died at an old age, the photographer may not have been dead for a century yet. Even 70 years may not have passed yet. This license was put in place by an administrator and I won't start another edit war. If you want to use this picture, be aware the information and license cannot be trusted and you need to verify the copyright status yourself.
