Built to house of leather, wine and produce merchant Manó Ebenspanger (†1875) family, in 1867 in romantic style. At the underground part was the builders' wine cellar. Manó Ebenspanger has two sons (Leopold Elek (†1913) and Leó Ebenspanger (†1919) were landowners, castle owners and industrialists. - Nagykanizsa Lingerie Co. (founded 1949) later called Nagykanizsa Clothing Co. or Kanizsa Garment Industry Cooperative. operated here. In 2008, the enterprise was liquidated. - Ebenspanger House was modernized/remodelled in the 1960s. - Commemorative plaque: "Ebenspanger House is a building of local importance. The house of the Ebenspanger (later Újnép Elek) family. It was built in 1867 in romantic style, on the ground floor was the family's leather, wine and produce trading company, founded in 1834. In 1883, the Saviour Pharmacy was opened here as the 3rd pharmacy in the city. For a few months in 1944–45 the administrative apparatus of Somogy County operated in the house.///The memorial plaque was erected in 2003 by: Publishers of Zalai Hírlap" - 21 Erzsébet Square, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Középen kapuátjárós, középerkélyes egyemeletes épület. Az Ebenspanger (később újnépi Elek) Manó (†1875) bőr-, bor- és terménykereskedő család lakóháza ami 1867-ben épült, romantikus stílusban. Legalul alakították ki az építtetők borospincéjét. Ebenspanger két fia / Elek Lipót (†1913) és Ebenspanger Leó (†1919) / föld nagybirtokos, kastélytulajdonos, szeszgyáros volt. - Itt müködött a Nagykanizsai Fehérneműkészítő Ktsz. (alapítva 1949 ) későbbi neve Nagykanizsai Ruházati Ktsz. ill. Kanizsa Ruhaipari Szövetkezet. 2008-ban a vállalkozást felszámolták. - Az Ebenspanger házat az 1960-as években modernizálták. - Emléktábla: "Ebenspanger-ház helyi jelentőségű épület.
