Description
English: Behavioral response of larvae to thermal stimulation. Effectiveness of thermogenetics using dTrpA1 was verified using second instar larvae. Larvae possessing both Actin A3-GAL4 and UAS-dTrpA1 (top left), only Actin A3-GAL4 (top right), only UAS-dTrpA1 (bottom left), and no transgenes (bottom right), were analyzed. The ambient temperature was changed from 23°C to 40°C.
