English: High density of wMelPop infection in the hub. 3-dimensional reconstruction of a confocal Z series of a wMelPop highly infected hub. Hub marker is shown in red and Wolbachia in green. Wolbachia clump below the hub is at the surface of the testis, in the muscle epithelia that covers the testis.
