Description iconographique:

Fête à Montmartre, 18ème arrondissement. Au premier plan, derrière des mâts auxquels sont suspendus des drapeaux, un manège. Au second plan, un théâtre couvert et à côté, la scêne d'un spectacle de plein air. A l'arrière plan, des habitations entre lesquelles on aperçoit la cime de quelques arbres.
