Buddy Martinette, left, and Buddy Ey, members of the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Branch of the Joint Management Team, assist Richard Daniels on Interstate 75. Mr. Daniels, leaving days early in order to avoid Hurricane Ivan, was en route to move to Colorado with his family when his 18 Wheeler Truck turned over. Members of the USAR Branch were in route to prepare for Hurricane Ivan when they came upon the scene. |
