English: Garland, WV, May 20, 2002 -- Wilbur Bishop stands where four feet of soil that had a shed on it used to be in his back yard prior to flash flood of May 2, 2002. In the shed was a tanning bed with his daughter-in-law tanning at the time of the flash flood. His son narrowly saved his wife before the shed, tanning bed, and two ATVs were washed away.
