Description
English: New Orleans, LA, September 21, 2005 -- Areas of damage remain over three weeks after the area was impacted by Hurricane Katrina. This area in the lower 9th Ward had a levee break and was flooded and was pumped out. Again this morning the levee was allowing water into this area and it's once again flooded.
