English: LAKE CHARLES, LA, September 24, 2007 -- Federal, state and local officials participate in breaking ground for the new terminal building at the Lake Charles Regional Airport. The new facility replaces one destroyed two years ago by Hurricane Rita. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is providing more than $2.7 million for the project.
