English: unrecorded, AK, August 9, 2009 -- FEMA Social Media Videographer Daniel Llargues films FEMA Logistics Specialists and the boat captain loading a boat headed for Stevens Village, AK, with supplies. FEMA was forced to rely on the river for transporting supplies because smoke from forest fires made it unsafe to land planes in Stevens Village.
