Description
English: La Canada Flintridge, CA, April 19, 2010 -- Los Angeles County DOT crews repair and replace the Angeles Crest Highway after heavy rains and severe winter storms collapsed the roadway. The area; already unstable and recovering due to recent fires, is supported by the FEMA Public Assistance declaration 1884, which provides emergency support to California for protective measures, debris removal and repair of roads, bridges and public structures.
