English: Atlanta, GA, November 17, 2010 -- Shyam Reddy, Regional Administrator, General Services Administration Region IV, gives an interview during the grand opening of the FEMA southeast region distribution center. The new distribution hub will serve as the agency's new southeast hub for food, water and emergency supplies.
