URGENT - Councillor's Enquiry Please see Google Street View and this photo posted on Flickr. They show a row of garages in Chesnut Grove with a narrow alleyway behind, leading to Tamar Way. My photo on Flickr shows the alley itself and what I originally thought was dumped builders' rubble. However, on looking closely at the photo this evening, it's more likely to be masonry fallen from the roof of the garages with some roof flashing as well. If my guess is correct, it's also possible that more masonry may come loose - with a danger that it falls on someone below. Can this be urgently inspected, liaising with Homes for Haringey to ensure that these garage roofs are safe. |
