Its groundfloor and courtyard arcades are 18th century works. 2nd floor built in 1860s (around 1865) /based on monument plaque/ Its gateway lead to a public courtyard based on source the monument registry (not official) the building at 34 or 36 Tisza Lajos Boulevard part of its. - 11 Feketesas Street =34 or 36 Tisza Lajos Boulevard, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Egykor Csorvay-ház.? Romantikus, 1865 körül. Tábla: 'Műemlék jellegű, egykori Aranysas vendégfogadó romantikus 1860-as évek. 4+K+4 tengelyes épület. Árkádos udvara a XVIII. századból való.' - 1839. július 29-i végrendeletben az Arany Sast Mihály fiára hagyta. A ház 1867-ben már emeletes, ekkor a szegedi Lloyd egylet volt az egyik bérlő. 1963-as felméréskor lábazatában egy 1879. évi árvíztábla is látható. Bejárat felett négy öntöttvas konzol tart egy öntöttvas rácsos erkélyt Az emeleti ablakok szemöldökei füzérdíszesek.
