Item 204097, Historic Building Survey Photograph Collection (Record Series 1629-01), Seattle Municipal Archives.

English: First Avenue near Spring Street, Seattle, Washington, circa 1970s. Except for the building at right, these buildings are still there in 2024, though the main one shown here (1012 First Avenue, now known as The Standard) is much fixed up. The brick building at left is the Holyoke Building, which is landmarked. The building at right has been replaced by a high-rise hotel building.
