English: Khli, also called Khlea, or Kleehe in the center of the photo is preserved dried meat, especially beef. It is a kind of jerky in Moroccan cuisine.
Français : Le Khli (prononcer "rli", avec un r comme la jota espagole) est de la viande de boeuf séchée puis confite. Utilisée en particulier pour faire des oeufs au plat. "Les oeufs au khli : miam !"
