| Description |
English: : Former Gas factory building, now 'RiverLoft' office building. Listed ID -8349. atRévész street, Budapest District XIII., Viewed from Margaret Island Magyar: : Volt gyárépület. Műemlék azonosító: -8349. Neuschloss Kornél által tervezett Révész és Népfürdő utcák találkozásánál álló téglaépület. 1914-ben készült. A létesítmény a ’Székesfővárosi Gázművek, Lipótvárosi Gáztartó Állomástelep Központi Műhely-, és Raktárépülete’-ként épült. Az I. világháború idején – a telepet hadikórháznak rendezték be, majd a Rokkantügyi hivatal, később egyetem céljára hasznosították. 1920-ban került vissza a Gázművek tulajdonába. A jelenlegi Riverloft Lakó-, és Irodaépület tervezője: Tima Zoltán építész. Kivitelezés ideje: 2005.-2007- (Budapest XIII., Révész utca 27-31). a Margit-sziget pesti oldala felől nézve
