| Description |
English: Sörnäinen harbour rail was dismantled back in 2009 but its trackbeds are still pretty much visible here and there, especially in Vallilanlaakso. The route here by Hermannin rantatie had a pedestrian overpass. In a few years this particular route will be turned into a tramway: the planned Kalasatama–Pasila tram line actually resembles the former harbour rail a lot, with the route being almost identical.
Suomi: Entinen jalankulkijoiden ylikäytävä Hermannin rantatien viereisessä pusikossa, Nylanderin puiston vieressä. Vanhan satamaradan reittiä on edelleen helppo seurata Kyläsaaresta aivan Vallilanlaakson perälle asti, sillä sepelit ovat jääneet paikoilleen. Parin vuoden sisällä nämä raidehistorian jämät kuitenkin katoavat, sillä Kalasatama–Pasila-raitiotie rakennetaan reitille, joka on satamaradalle lähes identtinen. |
