One storey partly mansard corner building with enclosed courtyard. Remodelled in 2000. Architect: Péter Reimholz. Fortuna /other name: ~Nymph with sail / by Vladimir Péter (bronze statue, around 1999) - This building was a participiant of the 'Budapest 100 2022' event - Part of the Budapest World Heritage protected architectural ensembles - 18 Fortuna Street, Várnegyed neighborhood, District I of Budapest.

Egyemeletes, részben manzárdos, tetőbeépítéses sarok apartmanház (time-share?). Hapimag Apartmanház. Vezető tervező: Reimholz Péter. 2000-ben átépítve jelenlegi alakjára[1]. A Kard utcai és a Fortuna utcai szárny két, tört kőből rakott, középkori ház földszintjének romjait foglalja magában. A Fortuna utca felől középkori kapualjak. A Kard utcai homlokzaton négyszöges, kőkeretes ablakok nyílnak. - A bejárat előtt a lépcső melletti mellvéden áll Fortuna /helyi cím:Vitorlás nimfa/ (Felállítás 1999, Péter Vladimir ötvös szobrász, bronz) Delfin fején álló, bekötött szemű női akt, kezében vitorla - 'Budapest100 2022' rendezvény egyik zárt háza[2] - Középkori épületmaradványok néven védett épületrésze, azonosító: 99, törzsszám: 15030 - Budapest műemléki jelentőségű területe az ún. Világörökség része. Műemléki azonosító: 217, törzsszám: 15001 - Budapest, Várkerület, Várnegyed városrész, Fortuna utca 18. Második cím: Kard utca 2.Helyrajzi szám: 6594
