PLC 137/2015 altera a Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) para estabelecer que a concessão de benefÃ-cio de aposentadoria a pedido do empregado não rescinde o contrato de trabalho.

O pedido de aposentadoria é geralmente compreendido como uma opção do empregado pela inatividade. Logo, ao requerer o benefÃ-cio, ele estaria automaticamente pedindo demissão. O projeto altera a Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) para deixar expresso que a concessão da aposentadoria a pedido não extingue o vÃ-nculo empregatÃ-cio. Ou seja: o trabalhador terá os direitos preservados se optar por seguir na relação de emprego mesmo depois de se aposentar.
