Alsóváros Franciscan Monastery. The inscription on its plaque: ~"Franciscan monastery. Listed building. Its square stone part with cloister was built together with the church to accommodate 38 monks. Until 1769, a pharmacy was operated on the ground floor, where medicines were given free of charge to the poor. The west wing and the southern L-shaped part were built in the 19th century. Its dining room on the ground floor was decorated with frescoes, its inlaid door and part of its furnishings are now preserved in the museum.// The memorial plaque was erected in 2007 by oil engineer József Magyar and his family" - Ady Endre Street, Zárda Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary

Ferences rendház A ferences templom (trsz. 6266) Ny-i és D-i oldalához csatlakozó épületegyüttes. A Ny-i oldalhoz egyemeletes, nyeregtetős, négyzet alaprajzú udvart körbezáró szárnyak csatlakoznak. A templom D-i oldalához L alaprajzú, egyemeletes, nyeregtetős szárny csatlakozik. Műemlék azonosító: 10943, törzsszám: 6267 Nyugaton ma a Zárda utca 18. számú, keleten a Zárda utca 5. és 7. számú házak állnak a két korábbi a kolostor részét alkotó istálló helyén. 1690-től létezett könyvtárában több száz régi kötetet őrizte. Egykor kiterjedt, a Nagyváthy utcáig nyúló kertjében gyümölcsös, veteményes volt és gazdasági épületek álltak. Andrássy Miklós báró 1714-ben? tette le a szentély alapkövét. A nyugati szárny és az déli L alakú rész a 19. században épült.
