Description
English: In May 2008 Councillor Ray Dodds came up with the idea of a mini hovercraft which would avoid traffic fines by never actually touching the road surface.

Dumped fridge-freezer in Lansdowne Road N17. Reported 27 May 2009, for clearance via Haringey's website. Collection of fridges - and many other electrical appliances - is free.

At least theoretically it needs just one phonecall.
