Description
English: Fried "köfte" with French fries and Turkish pilaf ("pilav") at a small restaurant ("aşçı dükkanı" or cook shop) in Ankara. These "fried" meatballs are generally called "anne köftesi" (mother's meatballs) in these small establishments (lokanta or aşçı dükkanı) as other establishment normally serve "grilled" köfte.
