Description
Deutsch: Fritzlar, Domplatz: Der ehemalige Stiftssaal des St. Petri-Stifts, später als Zehntscheune genutzt und daher auch "Alte Waage" genannt. Davor ein Kump. Auf einem romanischen Keller wurde nach der Zerstörung der Stadt durch Konrad von Thüringen im Jahre 1232 ein gotischer Bau errichtet, der bis 1540 als Kapitelstube und Stiftssaal diente. Danach wurde er als Zehntscheune genutzt. Die barocke Fassade und der Dachstuhl stammen aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, nach den Zerstörungen des Siebenjährigen Kriegs. Seit Totalsanierung 1978-1980 Nutzung als Gemeindesaal.
