Description
English: Effect of blockade of cytotoxic molecules on Th1 mediated astrocyte cytotoxicity. GFP-positive astrocytes were co-cultured with Th1 cells or Th1cell culture supernatants for 48 h. Cells were tracked every 30 minutes by fluorescent time-lapse microscopy.
