Description
English: Subtracted Fluo-4 fluorescence video for the fusion event shown in Figure 2C and D. The video is 9 s long and encompasses the time window shown in Figure 2D. The first, subtracted, black image in the image sequence is not shown. Note the localized nature of the fluorescence increase at the time of fusion and the subsequent spreading over the cell.
