Gårdens faktiska och planerade uteende anges i två planer på samma pappersark. I överkanten har ytterligare ett halvt ark klistrats fast. Där har ett vattendrag med damm tecknats, och torde ange marken bortom gården. Streckade linjer anger troligen passningen med den undervarande planen.
Tecknad med svart bläck. Bokstäver och text med brunt bläck. Tunt färglagd med ljusröd, gul, blå och grön akvarellfärg.
