DescriptionGNER-91115+Mk4-coupling-01.jpg |
English: The coupling connection between GNER Class 91| electric locomotive 91115 Holyrood and the first British Rail Mark 4 carriage in the Intercity 225 consist.
I think the main load-bearing connection is beneath the long metal plates, which I'm guessing provide the electrical connectivity. Photographed while it was between services at the eastern end of platform 8 of Leeds City railway station. |
