BMSZC Petrik Lajos Két tanítási Nyelvű Technikum "B" épület első emeleti folyosó. - Épületegyüttese: 'A' (régi, Bálint Zoltán és Jámbor Lajos, 1914) és B (új, 1974) épületből áll. Az iskola 2024-ben ünnepli a "B" épület felavatásának 50., Petrik Lajos neve felvételének 70. évfordulóját. A B ép. Gottlieb Béla földszintes kárpítosműhelyénak 54. szám helyére épült; különlegessége a három, egyenként 100 fő befogadására alkalmas nagyelőadó mert azt tervezték, hogy később vegyipari főiskola lesz.
