Plaque: ~in 1944 here killed 81 people by German fascist. Two storey corner building In 2022, Franz Liszt Academy of Music Ligeti building settled/founded here in 2001. Built in circa early 20th century. Here are the offices of the University's management and the supporting administrative areas (currently the Rector's and Chancellor's Cabinet, the Legal Directorate, the Directorate of Communication and Media Content, the Secretary-General's Office, the Department of Education and Study, the Economic Directorate, the Department of Wages and Labour, the Department of International and Institutional Development, the Concert and Event Centre, the Information Technology, The Operations Department and the AVISO). The building has classrooms, lecturers, a studio for professional audio recordings and 28 practice rooms.
