English:
Two storey, residential building with front garden on a corner plot. The building was built as a small-size (probably one room) city apartment building with 12 apartments. It was designed by city engineer Bálint Szeghalmy and erected by the Horváth and Vas company in 1926. The south wing was added to the house in 1928. Commemorative plaque on its facade:~~ Dr. Ferenc Cseke (1939-1999) lived and worked in this house. He was teacher, local historian, writer, founding member of our association, Nagykanizsa City of County Rights Award recipient//2019/ Nagykanizsi City (historical, art, architecture values) Protection Association - 14 (14-15) Kossuth Lajos Square, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary
